Komeya La Jolla brings the art of Japanese onigiri to the heart of La Jolla. Every rice ball is shaped by hand using premium short-grain rice, filled with thoughtfully sourced ingredients, and wrapped with care.

We operate as a small-batch kitchen on Tuesdays and Thursdays, ensuring every order is made fresh. Our bento sets are designed to bring a balanced, satisfying meal that honors the simplicity and craftsmanship of Japanese home cooking.
